Any services provided by MOGDX are governed by a separate written agreement between MOGDX and the client. In case of conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls with respect to that engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOGDX and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the Last updated date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
